Monday - 5:30am, 8:15am, 11:30am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm

Tuesday - 5:30am, 8:15am, 11:30am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm

Wednesday - 5:30am, 8:15am, 11:30am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm

Thursday - 8:15am, 11:30am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm (NO 5:30am class on Thursdays)

Friday - 5:30am, 8:15am, 11:30am, 5:00pm

Saturday am class (time varies, will announce)

Summer is just around the corner and I imagine many of you are looking to make plans for summer activities. With that being said, Rabid Fitness will have opportunities to keep your kids active and help them prepare for their fall sports.

For kids GOING IN TO the 3rd, 4th or 5th grade, on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:20 AM Kids classes will consist of learning quality movement, fun competitive game type workouts and all around basic strength and conditioning work. (Think body weight, light dumbbells and kettlebells, and speed and agility work)

For those GOING IN TO the 6th, 7th OR 8th grade, we will offer a more athletic focused class building core/trunk strength and focus on explosive strength, rotation work and power output. This class will also be on Monday and Wednesday (with hopefully a few Thursday sprint only days) at 12:45pm.

Both classes will start at the beginning of June and will run through July 22nd.

Space is very limited for each class, and spots will be reserved by paying in full. DM for more information or to reserve your spot.
