This class is for all levels.
You will be lead through gentle breathing and verbal instruction to guide you into deep relaxation. There will also be a period of silent meditation at the end where you will have uninterrupted reflection before gently closing the session.
This is beneficial for those who are looking to begin their meditative journey or continue their practice.
Adding mindful practices like meditation to your routine can help with mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health such as: decreasing stress, lowering blood pressure, enhancing focus, increasing self awareness, emotional regulation, self-discipline, among other things.
What to wear: Wear something comfortable as you want to feel relaxed and unrestricted during the session.
