Yo I say yoooo The weather was crazy this morning. It started to rain but that still didn’t stop these people from coming out to fit camp and getting that burn in! MVP is an understatement! We worked out for 49 minutes out of the hour that we were out there and burned over 500 cal doing HIIT training. You ladies killed as usual! I can’t wait till next week!
