The following information will help to determine what age division to sign your child up for:

Baseball: cut off date is May 1 of this year. This means if your child is currently 6 but will be 7 before May 1 then he will have to play on 8u.

Softball: cut off date has changed to August 31 of the previous year. This means that if you child was 8 on August 31 but has turned 9 since then they are still eligible to play 8u or you can choose to sign them up for 10u.

It is almost time to start one of our favorite times of year!

Things to Know:

1. Our program is NOT associated with the school, so please do not reach out to them with any questions. ALL questions can be sent to Bridget Mauldin or Jennie Palmer (contact information is on the sign-up form).

2. Online sign-ups begin today and will close on February 12.

3. Payment is due no later than February 12 for your child to be added to a roster. Payments can be sent to Bridget Mauldin or Jennie Palmer in an envelope to school, and they will send them to us.

4. Checks should be written to QSYP.

5. We will have one in-person sign-up day that will be posted soon.
