Second week of online classes.... not my ideal situation as I like to interact more physically with my students but learning to like it. Thankful they can continue their practice with me and interact with freinds. 💗👣

Hi my Footprints family, I wanted to bring you up-to-date on what my thoughts are… I believe the children Continuing to practice their yoga is extremely important especially in times like this. Not just the physical aspects but most importantly the emotional and mental part of yoga that I instill in my students on a regular basis. With that being said I am working with my husband to put together an online login where your children will be able to login with your approval we will do a video class classes will run at the same time your usual class runs. I will follow up with specifics as soon as I have them. Namaste 💗👣

If the school closures have you concerned about your child not being able to eat breakfast or lunch let me know. I will do what I can to help. A box of cereal, gallon of milk, bread, pb/j- just let me know. Feel free to PM - no judgement!
