PSA: a few changes are gonna be made this duck season. We have never charged anyone upfront unless they wanted to pay. It is becoming harder and harder to receive payments from people. Starting now, no personalization will be engraved without payment. Once we contact you that your call is finished, you have a week to pay or it will be up for sale. We are a small business and when you order a specialty call, we have to pay for materials up front. We love our customers and hate having to do this. We understand things come up but it’s happening more and more often. Thanks for understanding.
Edit: this post was not about any one person or business. We are not singling anyone out. If we have already made arrangements with you, we plan to honor those arrangements.
