20 years ago, Microsoft rolled into Quincy, and our little ag town hasn't been the same since. At first, we weren't quite sure what to make of these big city tech companies setting up shop amidst our fields and farms. But as more data centers sprung up, we started to see the change they brought with them. Suddenly, Quincy had new jobs, new schools, new opportunities, also known as the "Quincy Miracle."
But growth is never without its growing pains, and not everyone sees eye to eye on how to navigate this new chapter.
As Quincy evolves, we're learning that change is inevitable. It's up to us to steer it in the right direction.
