Join us for the 2026 Fall Developmental Academy!

This year's program is open to all youth ages 5 (kindergarten) through fifth grade.

Each week will have a 30 minute technical practice and a 30 minute scrimmage to build upon the skills they have learned. This is a wonderful program that your son or daughter will love!

Thank you to Peoria FC for inviting our Quincy Rush High School girls group over to play in a friendly competition!! This is the kick off to their fall season! The girls won 1-0 and lost 2-1!!

Quincy Rush Soccer Club would like to announce that John Hynek will be stepping away from his roles as High School Director and Developmental Academy Director.

John has played an important role in the growth and development of Quincy Rush Soccer Club, providing leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to helping young athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field. His dedication to our players, families, and coaching staff has made a lasting impact on our club community.

John will be continuing his coaching journey as a full-time Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, while also transitioning to Quad Cities Rush. We are excited for John as he takes on this new opportunity and continues to grow as a coach and recruiter at the collegiate level.

John would like to share the following message with the Quincy Rush community:

"It’s with a heavy heart that I inform everyone that I’m stepping down from my role as High School Director and Developmental Academy Director effective August 3rd.

I have accepted a full-time Assistant Women’s Coach position at Clarke University in Dubuque, IA, and I will also be transitioning to Quad Cities Rush. I will miss all of the friendships with parents my wife and I have formed, but most importantly I will miss my players that have become more like sons and daughters to Amanda and I.

I’m looking forward to challenging myself in a different way as a coach and recruiter and hopefully bringing some familiar faces to Clarke University!"

Quincy Rush Soccer Club would like to thank John for his leadership, passion, and dedication to our players and families. The relationships he has built and the positive influence he has had on our athletes will continue to be felt throughout our club.

We wish John, Amanda, and their family nothing but the best in this next chapter and look forward to following his continued success in collegiate soccer!

Quincy Rush players traveled to Colorado for the 2026 RushFest for a full week of not only soccer, team building, extra activities such as white water rafting, and building friendships but lifelong memories also!! Quincy/KCMO Rush won most spirited award too!!
