17 year old Lincoln has been with me for over a year. He's only cancelled two workouts, in that time. Once due to a Mexico trip and he had his wisdom teeth removed on the other. This young man is going to do well in life. This kind of dedication, at such an early age.....is rarely encountered, these days! 💪

NAUTILUS FITNESS CENTER IS OPEN FOR PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS ONLY...please make an appointment, don't just walk in the business.

Amidst all the recent panic, many businesses are being closed down. Nautilus will be open, by appointment only. Our entire facility is 100% sterile and fully disinfected after every client workout.

Feel free to give me a DM and schedule a private training appointment. I'm aware that many are out of work and don't have an income. I'm happy to work with every person and get them training, without stressing about their finances.

There's no reason to stop training during this stressful time. It's very important you stay healthy, with a strong immune system. Strength training with Nautilus is the best way imaginable, to keep your body working against health concerns....of any kind. Mental strength is just as important as physical strength.

Training sessions are Full Body and last under 25 minutes. You are in and out the door quickly. I guarantee you won't find a more productive 25 minute workout!

I have limited training slots available, so first come first serve. Stay healthy! 💪❤️
