BREAKING NEWS!!! ABF Training is back!!!

The toughest decision we have ever made was deciding to close 4 1/2 years ago. It was not easy for us, but at the time, we felt it was what God was calling us to do. He had other plans for us. He has guided us back to Quincy, a town we both love dearly, and has given us an opportunity to continue something we love.

Over the years we continued to receive texts from our former athletes, sharing how ABF helped them in so many ways, not just athletics. We missed our athletes and the families that we grew so close to. We are excited to announce that we will start training again, for Fall Off-Season & In-Season on Monday, August 16.
