For the past several years we've added a new mural to our building to bring some life to downtown Quincy. With all the exciting improvements happening on Historic B Street almost complete, we think it's the perfect time to create something welcoming.

This year, we're planning a little makeover of the Women's Entrance at Quincy Swim & Gym on the North side . We want to start planning the new mural now so when the key-card access door comes in the murals will be designed and ready to go. The project has been slightly delayed while we wait for our new key-card access door which is on special order, but we're hoping to have the upgraded entrance ready to open late this summer.

We'd love to hear your ideas for murals! what you like and don't like

(also- new door is going to be glass with tinted window). it WILL have a reader on the door for access.

Downtown Quincy just got a little brighter 🙂
The new string lights over our streets bring a whole new atmosphere at the Swim and Gym. Can’t wait to see where the future holds on B St. maybe a return to Saturday morning farmer markets or farmer markets at night? 🙂 maybe some more fun events like a 5K starting and ending point. FCAD, Harvest Festival, Trick-or Treating, 3 on 3 tournaments, homecoming pep rallies???? Just a lot of fun events that could take shape here!
