At Healthy Bodies Fitness Center, your safety isn’t just a priority—it’s our blueprint. To ensure a productive and secure environment for everyone, we have a firm policy that all members must be 16 years or older.
​We know the drive to get fit starts early, but here’s why we’ve set this benchmark:
​Why 16?
💪​Physiological Maturity: Heavy resistance training and high-intensity equipment require a level of physical development that generally stabilizes around the mid-teens. We want to ensure your joints and growth plates are protected while you crush those goals.
💪​Equipment Complexity: Our facility features professional-grade machinery and free weights. For the safety of the individual and those around them, a high level of coordination and situational awareness is necessary.
💪​A Focused Environment: We strive to maintain a specific atmosphere where members can focus on their form and recovery. Keeping our membership to 16+ helps us manage gym floor traffic and maintain a professional training culture.

Parents: Please ensure your child is old enough to attend our facility. We are not a place "to hang out" after school.
