Hiiiii! I have some openings for personal training! I’ve become more of an online coach with just a few in person clients for once/ twice per week!
How it works for in person- we meet once or twice per week to go over your form/ heavier movements/ anything you’re struggling with on your own and for the rest of the week I write you a workout plan to do on your own! When we meet for our session we go over all of your workouts and see what we need to change for the next week for your progressive overload (which I’ll teach you all about)
For online- it’s pretty much the same except we check in online once a week and discuss what needs to change and I have you record each exercise so I can see how your form is/ how the weight is!
I give you free nutrition coaching with both options as well as a discount on a customized meal plan! If you’re interested or have any questions feel free to message me!!
