We wanted to take a moment to thank our customers over the last 2+ years for all their support. Unfortunately, NYS created new laws during one of their legislative sessions last year that created a number of new regulations that made it cost prohibitive to maintain our NYS Dealer License. As of January 1st, 2024, we will no longer be able to perform transfers of pistols or semi-automatic rifles. Additionally, we can no longer perform transfers involving an “assault-weapon” or high-capacity magazine to our law enforcement or exempted customers.
Going forward, we will only be conducting sales/transfers of bolt action rifles, pump action rifles, shotguns, muzzleloaders, and ammunition.
Until Kathy Hochul and her constituents in Albany create new restrictions, sales of slingshots, rubber bands, super soakers, and tree branches will continue without interruption.
