Spring is here — and GrindTime is back on the field. ⚾️

We’re officially transitioning outdoors for our Spring Field Development Season at HBQVB Baseball Fields (Bellerose, NY).

🗓️ Schedule:
Tuesday • Wednesday • Thursday
⏰ 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Our Lab Training Rotation ensures every athlete develops across all areas:
✔️ Hitting
✔️ Strength
✔️ Glove Work
✔️ Speed

This is where structure meets development — building complete ballplayers with purpose, discipline, and consistency.

⚠️ Note: No weekly labs next week (April 6–10) due to our Spring Training Event.
