These unfortunate times ! Per Governor Ducey‘s orders, the gym will have modified hours this week. Since no cars can be on the road before 5 AM. Or after 8 PM. We will be opening at 5:30, and closing at 7:30pm.
We have the opportunity, and obligation to take care of our community and keep each other safe during these tragic and heartbreaking times!

I am excited to announce that our first week open has gone very smoothly! Everyone is cleaning, honoring each others space and adhering to all the posted precautions!
Starting tomorrow, I am extending our hours to 4am-10pm. As things continue to go well, I will keep adjusting the hours until we are back to being a 24/7 club to all of our wonderful members!!

Please continue to follow our posted precautions to protect ourselves and our gymfam!
-stay home if you are sick.
-stay home if someone in your family is sick.
-for personal training clients, we will not charge for late cancellations, STAY HOME.
-wash you hands when you enter the gym.
-wash your hands when you leave the gym.
-you must bring your own 99.9% disinfectant wipes and wipe down everything you touch.
-Childrens room is open, but all toys have been removed. If you use this area, it is your responsibility to sanitatize before you leave.
-lockers are to be emptied at night for sanitizing.
-we have a maximum capacity of 10 people at a time so please limit your workouts to 60 minutes.
-if you enter the gym and there is 10 people or more, you will need to sign in on the waiting list. You will be texted when a spot opens up.
-group classes will be limited to (4) people.
-masks are optional.

I am excited to announce that our first week open has gone very smoothly! Everyone is cleaning, honoring each others space and adhering to all the posted precautions!

Yahhhhh!!! We finally have the green light to open the gym!!
We just have a few details to get in order.
In the next day or so, I will be working to get the software system back online and get the fob system operating again. In the mean time, we have a need!!
We are a proud fam and LAB FITNESS has always been a very clean gym! We take care of our home away from home! However, with the CDC guidelines, we need to step up our game a little. We now need to disinfect with cleaners that are EPA Approved (Who even knew this was a thing…) and that are safe on porous surfaces. I have been looking high and low for weeks guys, and nothing! Also, I can’t find hand sanitizer anywhere. So, now I need our hundreds of eyes working together to collect cleaning supplies for the gym!! THIS WILL NOT HINDER OUR OPENING!! I am asking for us all to step up and find solutions quickly though!

Hip circle
Mat
Perform each exercise (or superset) 3 times then move onto the next exercise!
Time your 30 second rests to keep your heart rate up!
20/each side X Reverse lunge and lateral lunge (with slider)
Banded Hip thrusters X 30
SS
Banded Donkey Kicks X 30
20 Walking lunges + 20 DB Squats + 20 Walking lunges

20/each side X Sumo squat with curtsy lunges
Remember, mind ➡️ muscle connection! FORM will always supersede WEIGHT!
