Jiu Jitsu is a slow process of refinement. It requires the willingness to fail publicly, to endure discomfort, and to remain composed when the pressure is highest.

The students promoted on Saturday have proven their dedication through thousands of rounds and a relentless commitment to self-improvement. They have earned the respect of their peers and their instructors. We move forward as a stronger team because of their progress.

Hi Team!! This coming Wednesday (Mar 25) kicks off our lead up to our Goodwill donation drive. Local dessert truck Sweet Drizzle Delights will be in the lot from 4-7pm with all kinds of treats.
