Important announcements for the week of April 20:

Concession Stand Help - each team is responsible for supplying 2 volunteers to help with the concession stand a few times per season during a practice. This spreads out the responsibility and keeps this very important revenue stream possible.

A well functioning concession stand adds a ballpark element to our facility but more importantly helps subsidize costs for the organization. Please see below for week of 4/20 and week of 4/27 responsible teams. Direct any questions to your players coach or a board member!

Registration Reopening - 10u & 12u

As we work on team formations, we’ve identified an opportunity to improve the player experience for our 10u and 12u divisions.

Current situation: With our current registration numbers, we’re unable to form teams at the ideal roster size. Our options are either smaller teams (limiting roster depth and flexibility) or larger teams (reducing individual playing time).

We need your help: We’re reopening registration for 10u and 12u to bring in additional players and achieve better balanced rosters. A few more players in each age group would allow us to form teams that maximize the experience for everyone - enough depth to handle absences and injuries, while ensuring meaningful playing time for every kid.

If you know families who were on the fence or missed the registration window, please spread the word. Better team balance means a better season for all our players.

Registration Reopening!

Several requests looking to register have been received. We understand it seems early for baseball registration, but our organization must dovetail with the Lancaster County League timelines for evaluations and team formation. To accommodate everyone who wants to participate, registration has been reopened. If you or someone you know missed the original registration window, you’ll have another opportunity to sign up. We appreciate your patience and look forward to another great season!
