NOTICE : GYM CLOSING FOR REPAIRS April 30th 2025 !

Due to damaged caused from storms .... We are going to have to close the gym until repairs have been made . I will be canceling all memberships at the end of the month. If anyone occurs any charges after this month please reach out.

I appreciate everyone of my members and
I will be keeping yall updated with the repair process. Hopefully its not too stressful lol 😆 😅

Please do not touch the AC UNITS IN GYM !! we had reports of not cooling. Both times the heater fan was on HIGH and blowing hot air. . I have a tech coming to look at today!!

Thank you to everyone for your patience. These buildings are old and expensive and we are doing are best to fix and repair issues as they arrise.

First off I'd like to say that I'm so PROUD of each and everyone of my peeps who signed up for this 60 day challenge. It Def wasn't easy . But I think all In all everyone killed it !! And we all came out a little more motivated and For to feel what it's like to be held accountable each and every week.

LAST AND FINAL DAY OF WEIGH-INS.

I am so proud of each and everyone of you that have put in the work these past 60 days. This has been Our longest competition to date and it Def was challenging!!

Weigh ins will be first thing this morning!! And afternoon by appointment ONLY !!

However I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you come in 8am if possible. That way you get your absolute correct reading. Before you have eaten and drank your gallon of water for the day !!

I'll be there from 8am to 10am
