Crossfit Q CrossFit Q is a CrossFit box that welcomes new members of all ages and fitness levels. Your coach will guide you, correct you, and motivate you.

This is a family business, and we are here to help people improve their fitness, health, and lives. For those of you that may not be aware of what CrossFit is, it can be simply defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. The workouts are performed in a group setting with an instructor leading the class every time. All of the movements can be modified a

nd performed at the appropriate level for each athlete, because we want everyone to be safe and achieve results.

A big shout out and congratulations are in order for one of our coaches - .c - for completing the 29029 Everesting challenge in Vermont over the weekend!!! He climbed 29029 feet, the equivalent to Mt. Everest & he crushed it! We are proud of his hard work!

Congrats to Nicole on AOTM!!! 🙂💪🏆 read below to learn a little more about her —

When did you start doing CrossFit? On & off since 2014, consistently since 2024. 

Why did  you start? Try something new & needed to be pushed. 

What were your thoughts after your first class? How do people do this everyday?

What did you think of CrossFit before you started and how have those thoughts changed? I thought I had to be at a certain fitness level before starting CrossFit and have since learned CrossFit is for everyone & everything is scalable. 

Tell us a little about yourself. 
I’m married with 2 kids, Jaxon & Ryan. I work full time managing a loan closing department for a private, commercial lender. In my free time I enjoy gardening and baking. 

How has CrossFit affected your life outside the gym? 
CrossFit allows me to keep up with my kids, makes day to day tasks easier and has improved my mental health. 
 
Favorite WOD? Don’t have a favorite, but prefer the chippers. 

Favorite Lift? Deadlifts. 

Least Favorite movement? Burpees over an object. 

Skill you would like to Master? Pull ups and push ups. 

Something people might not know about you?
I am training to run a half marathon on New Year’s Day. 

Favorite thing about CrossFit Q?  Being surrounded by like minded, busy people showing up and putting in the work and the patient, knowledgeable coaches!
