We’re excited to be in week #2 of our new community wellness initiative designed to get people moving, connecting, and exploring all the amazing parks and trails Puyallup has to offer 💚👟
✨ Walk Puyallup includes several FREE opportunities throughout the week, including:
👟 Weekly walks with Fleet Feet - Tuesdays 6PM
🌳 “Walk with Hop” led by former Mayor John “Hop” John Hopkins - Wednesday, June 17, 9:00AM - at Van Lierop Park (Meet at Foothills trail East Puyallup Trailhead -- 13810 80th St E, Puyallup, WA 98372)
🦺 Friday morning walks with our Park Ranger Chris - Friday, June 19th, 11:00AM - Ranger Walk with Chris at Bradley Lake Park (Meet at the Flagpole)
💜 A free (2x per month) Saturday morning Women’s Walking Group - *next one is Saturday, June 27th at Puyallup Foothills Trail.
🏃 Sunday morning running group with Wolf Heart Fit Co.- 8:00am

Last year, more than 1,500 community members joined us in beautiful Pioneer Park for FREE fitness and wellness classes—and we're ready to do it again! 🌳☀️

Join us this summer for:
🏋️ Strength Training-Group Fitness
🧘 Yoga, Mobility & Barre
💃 Dance Fitness (High Fitness begins July 29th)
👟 Community Wellness Activities
