We want to take a moment to publicly congratulate participant #4 in our TransforME 10wk challenge. As of the end of week 5 and just over half-way through this challenge, he has achieved:

💪🏻 over 4% reduction in overall body fat

We’re happy to announce the addition of trainer Baylee Johnson to our team! Baylee interned with us this last fall as a part of her Kinesiology program at PLU. Our training team and clients have all enjoyed her warm personality and passion for training. We’re excited about all she can offer as a part of our Ground 5 family!

Celebrating with client Clarey Morrison today!!! Clarey is one of our group fitness clients, but she created her own goal and PUT A DUE DATE ON IT!!!….
and she posted it publicly to keep herself accountable!

Today she marks three weeks of progress, with 5 to go, and she’s already HALFWAY to her goal of 20lbs down in 8 weeks… CONGRATULATIONS on TEN POUNDS DOWN, Clarey!!

Can’t wait to see what she accomplishes in the coming weeks and stay tuned as we share Clarey’s own inspiring strategies for success!▪️
