Do you ever struggle with knee pain?

You should start pushing and pulling the sled. It's a full body exercise, and does incredible things for your knees and ankles. 🦵

I dealt with knee pain on and off for 6 years. Along with practicing the deep squat every day, sled work fixed my knees.

Come in and see me if you want some tools to alleviate pain and get stronger! I'll put you through a free workout 🙂

When you set big goals for yourself, there are many factors that determine success. Undeniably, one of the biggest is your TRIBE.

Jim Rohn said, "you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with."

Truthfully, I believe it goes far beyond five. Your network truly is your net worth.

At FQ we host tons of free events and group workouts. Our purpose is to drive the entire COMMUNITY in the same growth oriented direction. To bring everyone together towards common goals.

This helps you stay accountable and actually look FORWARD to getting your ass in the gym - which is the best sustainable way to build these healthy habits and have a great time doing it!
