CrossFit for KIDS is BACK!!

We will be starting with a 4 Week program​ that runs on Tuesday and Thrusdays at 3:30-4:15pm. The first session will start on Tuesday, June 1st.
Cost for the 4 week session is $80 per child, with multiple child discounts available. Ages are 6- 12.
So what is CrossFit for Kids???
CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. We’ve created an engaging and welcoming atmosphere that is sure to keep your kids interested and motivated.
Our facility has 4 certified CrossFit Kids Trainers who provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability and experience levels. We will focus on good movement, teamwork, confidence-building, and, most importantly, having fun!!
