The Cougars are 1 of 9 Upper Loudoun Youth Football (ULYFL) teams located in Western Loudoun County, Virginia. Due to the rise in population and kids ages 12-13 lining up to play in one of the nation’s best youth football leagues, in 2010 an expansion Cougars team was born.
