Julia took the TEDx stage for “The Power of Doing One Small Thing,” sharing how small actions can create meaningful impact.

United Charitable helps individuals, organizations, and changemakers turn their desire to do good into meaningful action through charitable giving, donor-advised funds, and fiscal sponsorship. Providing the tools and support that allow people to focus on their mission and their communities.

🚨Building Partnerships, Empowering Youth🚨
✨ Young Kings Loudoun Loudoun County PRCS ✨

Team Market Owner Tina and Executive Director, Mrs. Summers of Young Kings Movement recently met at the Douglass Center to discuss opportunities to partner and serve youth and communities.

The visit included a tour of the youth program space and meaningful conversation about how we can continue building pathways for young people to grow, lead, and reach their full potential.

The young men in the Young Kings Movement are already making a difference through their commitment to community service. Throughout the year, these hard-working and highly motivated youth can be seen contributing to and participating in several community service projects, giving back and making a positive impact in the communities they call home.

Their dedication, work ethic, and willingness to serve are truly inspiring! We’re excited to continue building this partnership and creating even more opportunities for our youth to lead, serve, and grow.

We look forward to continuing to collaborate, connect resources, and serve our youth and community together! When we work together, we create stronger pathways for our young people to thrive.

Head Coach- Jasper Williams 🏀

“The Virginia Valley Vipers will be led by the reigning 94x50 Coach of the Year for the 2027 season in the men’s professional basketball league.

After guiding the Capital Seahawks to a 48-8 record during the past two seasons, Jasper Williams has been appointed as head coach of the Purcellville-based Virginia Valley Vipers.

“I am excited to welcome Jasper as our new head coach,” Vipers general manager Davis Rosen said in a news release. “Ownership and myself recently met with Coach Williams and we concluded his energy and passion for the game, and his unmatched success at this level, was a perfect fit for our organization. Jasper is a winner and our players will reap the rewards from his knowledge.”

Williams led the Seahawks to back-to-back division and conference titles, along with consecutive trips to the league championship game in his two seasons with the organization.

In addition to his 94x50 coaching duties, Williams is an associate head coach at Bishop Ireton High School and coaches AAU basketball for Team Durant.

“I am deeply honored to accept the role of head coach of the Virginia Valley Vipers, and grateful to the organization for their trust and belief in me,” Williams said. “I am fully committed to leading this program with discipline, accountability and a clear standard of excellence that will be non-negotiable.”

“My focus is on building a culture where effort is relentless, accountability is constant and winning habits are developed every day,” Williams continued. “We will compete daily, hold ourselves to the highest standards without exception, and pursue excellence in every detail of our preparation and performance as we begin this new chapter.”

Rosen, Williams and team market ownership will collaborate on the selection process for the Vipers’ 2027 player roster.”
