Hi, my name is Jenn and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Youth Exercise Specialist. I became a runner in my early 30's and soon after dealt with injuries over the years. I found that strength training transformed my body and never had I felt better, physically and mentally. I realized after 6+ years of strength training that I wanted to help others who may have been in similar situations as

I once was. Perhaps reaching to those that had never strength trained or believed they could. I have a passion for helping others who are recovering from injury, have a limitation, trying to get stronger or just starting out. While my classes are not limited to those individuals, my classes are open to all levels and I am passionate about helping all achieve their goals.

I was reading 1 John this morning and it was a great reminder: ā€˜If we live in the light, as God is in the light… the blood of Jesus, God’s Son, cleanses us from every sin’ (1 John 1:7).
I’m so thankful we’re called to walk in His light—and not to get cozy with the evil ways of this world. It’s not easy in a culture that promotes and justifes sin. John says it plain: ā€˜Do not love the world or anything in the world… the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life’ all come from the world, not the Father (1 John 2:15-17). We’re in this world, but not supposed to be of it. Choose to walk in the light , the path that leads to heaven.
