PYRC. Purcell Youth Running Club. 🌟 Dickson XC Meet 🌟

We got lucky and caught a big cloud and a breeze! 🙌🏻 Sawyer didn't run her best race and came in right behind a couple of girls she was ahead of... But she still did awesome! Mack had a great day and came in 3rd! 🔥 Thomas had a great first meet and came in 7th! It was also Kodi’s first meet and she medaled as well!

Are you ready for cross country season? We are one week away from the first official team practice. We will start Thursday, July 16th at 8:00 a.m. Meet at the pavilion near The Multi at Purcell Lake. We will start HS, JH, and elementary all at same time.

What to bring: water bottle, timing device (phone, watch….) your fastest shoes, and a great attitude. We’ll try to make running as enjoyable as possible.

I hope everyone has been having a good summer and are ready to start back up.

Summer Pride starts tomorrow June 8th. It will be M-Th at 11:00 at Conger Weight room. It is completely voluntary, but highly encouraged. It will be a lot of injury prevention work. It will also be a good place for you to meet up with your teammates to go for a run together.

There is a new Rooms set up for summer communications called Cross Country Summer 2026. If you know someone 7th-12th grade interested in cross country, drop their name in the comments and they will be added to the Rooms.
