Snowbirds…if anyone is looking for familiar faces from Universal Fitness, you can find them at a couple places. Several can be found at Second Chance Gym at Kings Hwy & Rte 41; their schedule is below & you can pay by class. They plan to add more classes to the schedule soon.
Other people go to Anytime Fitness at Peachland. Some of the classes include: Monday night 6:30pm Pound Unplugged with Lauren
Tuesday 11:45am(45 min) Cardio
Friday 9 & 10:00am Tabata classes with Sharon
Saturday has some classes as well
You must sign up for all classes & be a member.

Hello Universal Fitness family!
A lot of you already know what I am about to say but some of you may not know, so here it goes:
Our landlord has decided to give our space to a company that can pay a much higher rate than we can afford, so we will be closing our business. We do not have an exact date as of yet but we will certainly keep everyone in the loop. We are NOT closed yet so if we haven't seen you in a while please feel free to stop in and say hi!
We have loved this gym, this family that's been created, and we would not trade our time here for anything...it is bitter sweet, we are sad and hurt that we're being forced out but we have also decided to make the best of it and look forward to a new adventure! Thank you all so much for the years, the memories and the love you have shared with us❤️❤️
