Southwest Florida — May 3, 2026 — Twin Rivers United proudly announces a historic milestone following last night’s United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) Men’s Division 1 match win against SWFL SC. Miguel “Migz” Dotres a 15-year-old standout from Win Soccer Academy, recently called up to the senior squad, found the back of the net in the 37th minute to level the match becoming the youngest player in club history to score for Twin Rivers United at just 15 years and 180 days old.
This achievement marks him as the youngest goalscorer in Twin Rivers United history and one of the youngest in UPSL Division One, highlighting both his individual talent and the strength of the club’s developmental system.
The goal not only energized the team but also underscored the vision behind the club’s player pathway.
“This marks a defining moment for our academy pathway and our commitment to developing players capable of competing at the highest levels,” said Cory Schleyer, Owner of Twin Rivers United. “Seeing a young player step up and deliver on this stage is exactly what we’ve been building toward.”
Win Soccer Academy has been working in close collaboration with Twin Rivers United over the past six months, focusing on establishing a professional-style development environment.
