We’re excited to announce a new partnership with Tinsley Kenpo! Beginning with our September Community Engagement calendar, NRV Connections participants will have the opportunity to take part in weekly adaptive martial arts classes designed to support fitness, strength, balance, body awareness, confidence, and safe movement.

Classes are adapted to individual needs, with Connections staff remaining present to provide ongoing support. A strong focus will be placed on personal health and fitness, practicing safely, respecting others, and using martial arts skills only during class.

We’re looking forward to offering another fun, inclusive way for participants to build skills, stay active, and engage in the community!

Elijah in Jr. Black belt continuous sparring. He did a fantastic job. Almost turned into a grappling match and took a cheap shot at the end but very proud of him! He proudly took home second place!
