Ol Boomer passed away this morning peacefully. This one hurts to the bone. I got him back in October 2015 when he was about 1...he's been by my side through so much. I ran that dog through so many 5ks and workouts that I cant even count the amount of miles we put on. I never threw him a birthday and luckily got that chance last weekend. I would say hes lived a decent life and got to fly on a few plane rides along the way. I don't know what I would've done without him. I love you more than you'll ever know and looking forward to meeting with you again one day Boomer. Always my

30 day fitness challenge. I've let myself go this year without focusing on my health and well-being. Sitting at about 195 and alot of body fat. For next 30 days I'll be focusing on diet and tons of exercise.Gotta do this for myself. Bringing the Hawk Fitness back by October 15th, 30 days away!
