Somewhere along the way, a lot of people stopped expressing themselves physically.

They stopped dancing. Stopped climbing. Stopped moving boldly. Stopped taking up space without apology.

Not because they lost the desire…but because adulthood has a way of convincing people to become smaller, quieter, safer versions of themselves.

Peacock was never built just to teach pole tricks.

It was built for the person who misses feeling powerful. Playful. Expressive. Alive.

This is for the curious. The nervous. The people who don’t feel “ready.” The people who secretly crave something more than routine.

You do not need confidence before you begin.

Sometimes confidence is simply the result of finally saying yes to yourself.

Featuring the characters from Vespera Rune Creations comedy “Pole-lympics,” Pole Position is written and performed by Andrew VanDeGrift, one of our dear friends (who begrudgingly agreed to write, record, and perform the video for this song in less than 72 hours because the director, Serena, convinced him to help her with her debut short film for the Kickass Film Fest!😆) is a true talent for this creating this piece.

Highlighting so much of our art in this song, Serena’s proud to not only have it as her movie’s theme song but also a theme song for our studio, and maybe even the world!

Even though we’re not *actually* trying to get pole dancing into the Olympics, it would still be quite the feat to have this be the start of it with such a bad*ss theme song!

So excited to announce a completely new experience coming to Peacock Pole Art and Body Weight Fitness❤️‍🔥

Serena’s new class, Emotional Xpression, is unlike anything we’ve offered before. This is not just about learning tricks or choreography. It’s about exploring the connection between movement, emotion, music, presence, and self expression in a deeply intentional way.

Pole is such an intelligent art form. It asks you to connect mind and body, interpret feeling through movement, build awareness, confidence, control, creativity, and vulnerability all at once. There is something incredibly powerful about learning how to feel your movement instead of simply performing it.

Each month will carry an entirely new mood and atmosphere through lighting, music, guided prompts, flow, and immersive details designed to pull you into the experience. June’s theme, Sensual Awakening, will focus on slow melt, softness, sensuality, and embodied movement.

I genuinely think this class is going to resonate with so many people who are craving something deeper, more artistic, more expressive, and more connected. Pueblo truly has something special here. ✨

A lot of people think pole is about confidence.

Honestly? Most people walk in nervous.

The confidence comes later.

What begins first is curiosity. Curiosity about movement. About strength. About expression. About whether maybe there’s still a version of yourself that feels playful, powerful, artistic, and fully alive.

That’s what beginner classes at Peacock are really about.

Not perfection. Not performance. Not already knowing what you’re doing.
