Medina's Jumpers

Medina's Jumpers Northern Colorado Jumpers are some of the best in the great state of Colorado. I have been privileged enough to be a part of their lives and accomplishments.

Here you will find pictures, videos and discussions about jumping. I have coached triple, long and high jump for ten years, six of them at Mountain View High School in Loveland, CO. This page is a dedication to the great jumpers I have coached and continue to coach. I hope it also serves as a tool to help current and future jumpers exceed.

The snow has left us out of practice 3 days now this week. Every jumper should take advantage of this time resting injuries. Those of you who feel up to it should go through our plyo and ab workouts the next two days at home.
