Introducing Luna Sage Wellness! A yoga, meditation, and Reiki collective hosted by Audrianna.

I have been practicing for over a decade now and have gone through a lot of trials within this practice. I have learned from the best and the worst. I have burned out, cried, and wondered why I chose this path in the first place more times than I can count. For the past three years I have had to take an extreme step back and rebuild my practice from the ground up. Something magical happens when you decide to let go and trust that the universe has you on the right path. During this time, I have helped others create self-awareness, find mobility again, and learn to embrace this practice. Nothing is more rewarding than helping others.

My goal is to make yoga, meditation, and Reiki accessible for everyone. I will work with you no matter what. 🙂 Current offerings are Meditation for Beginners (FREE), Private Yoga, Group Yoga, and Yoga Teacher Mentoring. We can meet via zoom or in person. More info can be found under 'Services.'

Yoga. The practice of uniting our mind, body, and spirit. The practice of becoming aware, going within, and trusting ourselves. The practice of connecting with the divine and yourself.

I fell in love with yoga a decade ago and have dedicated my life to sharing this ancient practice with the world. As a yoga teacher I am not here to be your guru, your healer, or your fitness trainer. As a yoga teacher, I am here to guide you to yourself. Every answer you seek is already within you! You just have to trust yourself, your intuition. Easier said than done, right?

I am now offering private one on one classes via Zoom. All you need is a yoga mat (the floor works too) and a laptop/cellphone with internet connection. Together we will create a 60 minute practice completely catered to you and your needs. Enjoy a private class from the comfort of your own space and embrace the journey ahead.

Each session is $20. A 6 week package (one session per week) is $100.
