𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐖.

Meet us TOMORROW, MONDAY, May 4th, 2026 at 6:00pm in the Pueblo South cafeteria for a mandatory athlete and parent meeting.

This meeting is for anyone interested in playing football next year. This includes the class of 2030.

In this meeting, we will cover our skill development schedule, team camp registration, our summer schedule, clearance and fall camp dates and answer any additional questions you may have.

We can’t wait to see you there.

𝐁𝐎𝐓𝐇 𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐒.

Eighteen different players earned 2025 All-Conference honors for the Pikes Peak League this year. 18. That number includes the 2 best offensive players, the best lineman and the best coach.

The definition of the Southside is and always will be rooted in excellence, built by hard work, grit and the relentless pursuit of better. Success does not just happen, it is cultivated through consistency and consistently, the black and white is built different.

Congratulations to these gentlemen and the dude who leads them! What a 2025 it was.

The 2017 team was the UNDENIABLE 4A Champions.

They knocked off the back to back to back state champion Pine Creek Eagles who were vying for their 4th straight title to win the FIRST Football State Championship in school history and ending a 59 year football state championship drought.

That team held the 2017 Colorado 4A Player of the Year in Marcell Barbee, CHSAA Coach of the Year and the Broncos Coach of the Year in head coach Ryan Goddard.

This team would have 3 DI athletes: Marcell Barbee (Texas State Football, Thomas Pannunzio (Colorado State/Central Michigan Football and Jeremy Cody (Colorado/Arizona State/Miami T&F), as well as 11, yes, 11 Division II/NAIA athletes from that roster.

This team was unselfish and relentless. They were talented an gritty. They embraced chasing excellence and defined what it meant to be uncommon. They will forever be the greatest Colorado football team of all time, non-bias. Or totally bias. Whatever.

𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄.

On Monday, we had the opportunity to partner with District 3 City Councilman and our favorite guy Coach Ted to hand out nearly 300 turkeys and thanksgiving meals to the Southside community. We loved the chance to spend a little more time together and serve our community. It was incredible to see all of the smiling faces drive through as our guys got to load meals for Pueblo families.

We would like to give a huge shoutout to our community advocate Roxann Bryant and Sunset Park Elementary School principal Amber Hertneky for all of their help in organizing the event.

We are extremely grateful to be surrounded by the community we are. We hope you and yours had the best holiday and that you were able to spend time with people who bring you joy and love.
