Hamstrings, Glutes and Calves

It’s time to show some of our new equipment we added recently! Today is a good ol’ hammy, glute and calf day!

I did 2-4 warm up sets (4 on the 1st exercise) before I filmed the top sets you see here.

Newtech Lying Leg Curl: 3 warm up sets of 15 then one triple drop top set.

Panatta Single Leg Curl: 2 warm up sets before the drop set you see on the video.

Rogue Nordic Hamstring Curl: 3 brutal sets of 10!

Glutebuilder Outer Thigh: 3 sets, the 4th set was a drop you see here

Glutebuilder Glute/Ham Hyperextension: 3 tough sets the last one was the triple drop you see here

The Froggy! Crazy hard but effective glute machine, 3 sets of 10 using light weight!

Bootybuilder Standing Hip Thrust: 4 sets, the last 3 sets were with 2 plates/side

Lifefitness Inner Thigh: 1 warm up then 3 sets with the stack

Cybex Seated Calf: 3 warm ups then the 5 plate drop set you see here!

Hams, glutes and calves are fried!!! We have sooo many more hamstring, glute and calf pieces however that’s what I did today! Thanks for watching!

Dustin Dustin Nelson and Nathan Nathan Fetty … love ❤️ at first sight! Haha seriously these two guys have been a huge part of Achieve Fitness in many ways. First and foremost they work their asses off to provide for their families. Husbands, fathers and absolute monsters in the gym they are examples of how hard work with an old school mindset pays off. Another thing…THEY HAVE FUN! Killers in the gym however they love to laugh and are goofy AF at times. They have supported their wives with competing and are at every Achieve event if they can make it. They keep it real too! I know they’ve seen me struggle and they set me straight when my mind isn’t right. The gym is a place where people from all different backgrounds come together to get better! Fellas thanks for the memories and thanks for your time over the years I appreciate you guys 💯

Quads on 🔥!!! Took a trip to Colorado Pro Gym Colorado’s Pro Gym to check out their new location and new equipment! This quad day hit perfect I can’t walk! The new equipment was great! They have a plate loaded extension we did for 20 rep sets and a new pendulum. The pendulum was smooth and linear, heavy but it felt great. We couldn’t skip the Nebula leg press…took 10 plates per side for a spin. Good times watching our members compete yesterday so we were fired up to train hard!

He’s has built a very competitive physique and truly loves this industry. He worked with IFBB PRO Brad Helm Brad Helm and I had the opportunity to train with these beats a few times.
