All scores have now been updated on League Lobster, and all game dates are posted there as well except for the championship game.

I hate posting this, but I want to be upfront with everyone. I’m pulling from the fight. My calf injury has been aggravated again, and both knees have been holding fluid and getting unstable. Today in sparring I realized I was too worried about my leg and knees to move and defend properly — and that’s not a place you go into a fight from.

I’m honestly disappointed and pretty crushed, because I’ve been putting in the work and I wanted this. But I’ve got responsibilities — a family to feed and businesses to run — and I can’t gamble that on fighting hurt.

I also want to give a huge thank you to my coach, RickLottie De La Cruz . Rick has poured a ton into helping me prepare for this, and I’m grateful for his guidance, his time, and his support. More than anything, I appreciate him understanding this decision and backing me on doing what’s smart and safe.

Even though I won’t be on the card, I still encourage everyone to go — it’s a great lineup with a lot of strong matchups, and it’s going to be an awesome night. Go grab tickets and support the fighters.

Thank you to everyone who supported me, reached out, and planned to come out. I’ll handle the rehab the right way, keep training smart, and I’m looking forward to getting back at it once I’m healthy.

Pueblo Men’s Hockey League 🏒

Reminder that tonight, Wednesday, December 10th, there will be NO Pueblo Men’s Hockey League games at the Pueblo Ice Arena.

The ice is reserved for the Pueblo County High School Hornets hockey game 🐝🏒. If you’re free, come out and support the local high school boys and girls as they hit the ice!

Captains – please make sure to remind your teams that there are no league games tonight.

📢 Pueblo Men’s Hockey League – Games Canceled Tonight

Due to today’s snowstorm, the Pueblo Ice Arena & Events Center is closed, which means all Men’s League games scheduled for tonight are canceled.

I know—it’s a bit ironic canceling hockey for snow. ❄️🏒 But with the arena shut down, we’re unable to play tonight.

We’ll share information about make-up games and schedule adjustments as soon as we’re able to coordinate with the arena.

Please help spread the word to your teammates and anyone you know who plays in the league.

Stay safe, and we’ll see you back on the ice soon!

Bonus: Pick-Up Skate 7:30–9:00 PM the same night. Show up, skate hard, and get a feel for the pace.

📢 No Thursday Pickup Hockey Tonight

Just a heads up—there will be no Thursday night pickup hockey tonight due to the Pueblo Ice Arena’s scheduled maintenance closure.

The rink will reopen in a few weeks, and we’ll have one final Thursday night skate once they’re back up and running. We’ll post the exact date as soon as it’s confirmed.
