Our jobs as coaches are to be Guides on the Side, not a Sage on the Stage. When kids see their classmates in demonstrations, they see realistic performance of the movement for someone their age and skill level.
✅ Kids Paying Attention: Eyes on the demonstration and coach. Engagement is our classroom management tool.
