The WBGT is higher today than the first part of the week. We have to close the complex and all outdoor practices for any Mayes County Soccer team is canceled for September 3, 2026.

We know you are excited for soccer to start but today is not the day.

U10 and up should have already reached out.

U6 and U8 should make contact by this Sunday.

Heat Related Protocols

MCSA utilizes the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature to determine heat related protocol.

We are in Geographical Zone 3, and currently considered in the Red Zone for WBGT.

Practices may only last for 1 hour during this time and must include at a minimum 4 breaks for at least 4 minutes each.

Practicing later does not always change the WBGT.
