Hello guys, I have decided to use this page to help motivate people. If you'd like to add friends to the page, go for it!
For the people who know me, they know that in December of 2020 and January of 2021, I had two stokes. I was very lucky, and with some physical therapy, I was able to get back to work and life in a pretty quick manner. (My physical therapist said that the years of teaching zumba and working out helped me to regain strength so quickly) I was very lucky, but it took me over a year to decide I should start working out again. So fast forward to now; there are many extra pounds I'd like to get rid of. I owe it to myself to be a better me, my oldest son, and I have started doing Core De Force workouts. I'd like to share my journey with you guys. Never forget, you are stronger than you think!
