Join us for a relaxing night of healing sound! The instruments’ notes and gentle vibrations help to balance and restore the nervous system back to a state of calm.

Never had a sound bath before? No worries—no prior experience necessary. Bring a mat and we’ll provide the rest!

No mat? No problem. We rent them for $2.

Children ages 12 and up may attend with a parent or guardian.

we can’t wait to see you there!

congrats to our newest badass graduates!!🌸

Over the past several weeks, we watched this group get curious, get uncomfortable, ask big questions, try new things, trust themselves a little more, and slowly find their own voices✨

And this weekend, we got to watch those voices come alive in the classroom!!

We are SO proud of this crew. We love you!!! 🥂💛

xx,
brittany, rumi + your underground fam! 🌸

300 CLASSES!!!🔥

Everybody give it up for our sweet Christianna, who has officially entered the 300 club!!! 🥂✨

We are so lucky to have Christianna as both a teacher + student and are kind of obsessed with the way she sprinkles creativity + sparkle into both her teaching and her practice!

300 classes is a LOT of yoga. A lot of sweaty rooms, weird shapes, deep breaths, ridiculous conversations, tiny breakthroughs, and choosing again and again to come back.

We love you, Christianna!!! We are so lucky you’re part of our underground family!!
