Had a good KYL (Know Your Limits) match today with 6 shooters. After the regular 4 rounds we had a tie for first place, both with perfect scores (no misses). Winners were Tim Guinn and Eric Polley. For the runoff, the 50-yard targets were moved to 100 yards. Both hit several targets at 100 yards but ultimately Tim won. Congrats, Tim and to all the other shooters.

Note about burning brush at the club tomorrow…

“I plan on being over there @ 0800 Saturday morning to burn that small brush pile. I'll have a brush truck from the Shady Grove fire dept with me all though I don't think it will be needed. Shouldn't take long to burn it. With any luck be done and out of there by 1000.”

NOTICE: This Saturday (May 2) the range will be closed to all shooting beginning at 8:00 am to burn a pile of debris gathered at the last workday. They hope to be done by 10:00 am.

Reminder that next Monday, May 4, 2026 at 6:00 pm is our annual renewal date when we renew memberships and change the lock at the main entrance gate. The meeting takes place at the range.

Club membership is $50 per year. If you have your key that currently opens the gate you will simply swap that key for a new one with no charge. If you are joining the club or if you do not have your old key, you will need to pay a $20 key deposit. You can pay with cash (correct change appreciated!) or by check. If paying by check, make it out to "Tri-County Fish and Game".

We have a few club members who have joined the club recently which covers the 2026 year. Those members will simply need to swap out the key you currently have for a new one.
