Providence Fit Body offers two powerful programs: Boot Camp for high-energy group training and Fit Body Forever for adults 55+ focused on strength, balance & longevity. My Mission

I am fed up with the physical state this country is in, and I want to make it MY MISSION to help you, the public, achieve fitness, health, productivity and happiness by building motivation, self worth and self esteem in

every individual that walks through my door. My Goals

* To open and operate a personal training / small group training facility that caters to all ages and all levels of fitness.

* To help mass amounts of people to reach their health and fitness goals. I am currently able to personally train an approximate 30-35 people per week on a one to one basis. By opening a small studio type gym, I will be able to train as many as 75-100 people per day based on the small group format created by Fit Body Boot Camp. In addition, I will have several experienced trainers using my facility for their own clients for personal training, as well as small group training sessions.

* I’m doing this because I want to make my mark in RI and the fitness business. I want to answer my calling – and I want to help larger numbers of people. Why Fit Body Boot Camp?
* This is a new and aggressively growing fitness franchise geared to group training which allows trainers to do what they are passionate about, helping people get fit and healthy - only on a much larger scale.

* Fit Body Boot Camp has been successfully operating on the West Coast since 2009 and has close to 200 locations worldwide. I am bringing the first one to Rhode Island. With the ownership and franchise format I will be able to help hundreds of people reach their fitness goals, by delivering a proven effective and efficient exercise program that includes strength and metabolic training. Helping the client to be more accountable will happen naturally by creating a community team environment that will not only make it effective but fun.

* The Fit Body Boot Camp “team” of owners all around the country – and in Canada – talk to each other – we share ideas about making our programs better. The company offers marketing support to their franchisees that is second to none. Fitness Trends

* With the industry leaning more and more towards personal training, this format allows that professional input into your workout to happen, while netting results faster and with less chance of injury. This type of small group workout is fun, effective, and much less expensive on a per workout basis for the client, while still offering that important personalized attention. Working with a qualified instructor sitting on a bike or walking on a treadmill, is nowhere near as stimulating as being with a group of “comrads”, together, in a “boot camp” style setting. Training More…But Not Losing the Personal Touch.

* A realistic workload for trainers is about 8 appointments a day, to be properly attentive to clients and not burn out. That’s about the maximum any one trainer can handle. location located at 1284 North Main Street in Providence, I can reach out and help hundreds of people a day in that same 8 hour time frame. This is appealing to me. The workouts will be intense / efficient (30 minutes), safe and fun. All levels of fitness will be able to participate and you will be held accountable with follow up emails, and regular evaluations provided to you so you’ll never feel left alone while on our programs. What about Fitness Profiles? Fitness Profiles will remain as a 1 on 1 / small group / athletic performance part of my facility, operating cooperatively in this new space which is offering this new fast growing - results getting - community producing company - Fit Body Boot Camp. 2,000 sessions. 8+ years. Countless victories. 💪

Theresa recently joined the 2,000 Session Club, and this milestone represents so much more than a number. Throughout her journey at PFBBC, she has faced her share of challenges, including multiple injuries and setbacks, but she has never let them stand in the way of her goals. Instead, she continued to show up, adapt, and keep moving forward.

Over the years, Theresa has experienced an incredible transformation, building strength, confidence, and resilience along the way. She credits much of her success to all the coaches who have supported her throughout her journey, helping her navigate obstacles and continue making progress no matter what life threw her way.

One of the things Theresa is most proud of is showing up for herself 2,000 times. This is the longest she has ever committed to a gym and fitness routine, and that consistency has truly paid off. Her journey is proof that success isn't about being perfect—it's about continuing to show up, even when things get hard.
