Our goal at Core Pilates is to increase your quality of life through movement. More conventional or traditional workouts are weight bearing and tend to build short, bulky muscles - the type most prone to injury. At Core Pilates we are dedicated to improving the well-being of our clients through a progressive, comprehensive, and personalized Pilates experience. Our customized program begins with a postural and movement assessment by utilizing all of our state-of-the-art equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Spine Corrector, High Barrel, MVe chairs, and mat to help you reap the benefits of this effective movement system.
