Next Level Performance Academy We deliver quality youth NFL Programs that promote a family environment with focus on participation, Rapheal Dowdye founded the league in the winter of 2013.

NLPA NFL FLAG is the premier youth flag football program for boys and girls age 5-14. NFL FLAG provides an exciting way to enjoy America's favorite sport and advance youth physical fitness in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship. NLPA NFL Flag Football has been in Providence County for years. Our mission is to help counter the growing epidemic of chil

dhood obesity in the United States and especially in Providence County by providing an affordable option promoting activity. We are a party of the NFL Play 60 movement. Our league currently services girls and boys of all skill levels, from the first time player to the veteran, ages 5 to 14 (must be in that age range by 9/1 of the current year).

We are looking to hire energetic youth flag football officials for our Blackstone Valley/Bryant University NLPA Flag football league. Candidates must have a great attitude, enjoy working with youth athletes and must be at least 15 years to apply. Do you have a license and transportation or have a dependable means of transportation? Do you have basic knowledge of the game of football or flag football? If so you’d be a good fit for our organization. We are offering great hourly pay. Games are on Sunday’s mornings and positions will begin on Sunday April 30th.
