A special ‘shoutout’ and ‘thank you’ to Unknown Suppressors for helping to make The Lead Farm’s Silent Soirée possible. This was a suppressor required night match and Unknown Suppressors provided some loaner cans to those who haven’t made the switch to shooting suppressed yet. Thank you Unknown!

Another Silent Soirée was held last night/this morning at The Lead Farm. Congratulations to Corson Piper, Jessiah Lyons and Isaak Wise for their top three finishes respectively. Silent Soirée was part of the PRS Northwest Region’s Ironman competition, three match locations in one day, actually over a day by the end of the night match.
The day started at Rock Lake, moved to Farm Out and finished at the Lead Farm. For those shooters who endured the whole ordeal, Corson Piper came out in 1st place, Bill Levy in 2nd place and Michael Bae in 3rd place.
A long grueling day of challenging stages, weather that included hot and cold temps (49* by 2:30 am Sunday morning’s finish) and tricky winds. Congrats to everyone who shot through it all!

First and foremost: THANK YOU SPONSORS!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We are very grateful for all of the support we received from each of you! Your generosity has not gone unnoticed. Shooters, the next time you're buying gear, please consider supporting these companies that have donated so much to our sport!

Here’s the post-match video from our MDT Barrel Burner 2026 PRS match on March 14th and 15th. Everybody seemed pretty happy dealing with the mild March weather instead of the typical 100+ degree weather in June. Thank you to everyone who came out to spend their weekend with us and send some lead downrange. Thank you to all of our ROs who donated their time and their weekend to help us run this match! We could not have done this match without all of you guys.

We are also very grateful for the awesome meal catered by Neighbor's BBQ in Prosser! We hope you guys enjoyed that awesome Texas style BBQ.

We also want to thank all of our family members working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. We are lucky enough to have 3 generations of Munn's working on these matches. They prepared and delivered lunch on Saturday and the popular Mud Pie dessert on Sunday. They also helped set up the banquet and made it look more professional than Spencer or I ever could.

Another person we can't thank enough is our Dad, Randy. He busted his butt helping us get this match set up. Hiking hills, carrying targets, pounding t-posts, lugging water coolers and hiking the firing line all day taking awesome pictures is a lot harder than it sounds. He also let us sneak away from work on the farm in order to get all this set up.

Here's some, but not all, of the generous sponsors that supported this match. As I said before, please keep these companies in mind when buying you gear. They deserve your business!

Stage 11 (or Stage 1 on Day 2) of the MDT Sporting Goods Barrel Burner match was very tight on time, but a favorite of mine. Five shooting positions and two targets.

Stage #9 at the MDT Sporting Goods Barrel Burner match. Five shots from the spool and then five shots from the tank trap at five targets shown circled in red. One of the targets was inside the trailer and two targets were shot through the open windows of the trailer. BTW, the trailer suffered more than a few bullet strikes.

A few pics from the MDT Barrel Burner tripod stage. Tripods are no stranger to a PRS match, but tripods from John Deere are quite rare. If these tripods really catch on, I'm hoping John Deere will give me a nice commission! It just seemed fitting that a Lead Farm match include a John Deere tripod.

Thank you Thunder Beast Arms Corporation for donating to the prize table at Barrel Burner '26 and thank you for making great suppressors! Years ago, the Lead Farm fell in love with suppressors, for both hunting and competition. We've got the Ultra line of TBAC suppressors covered with 9-, 7-and 5-inch variants of the Ultra. Now, the new Magnus line has our interest as well. Rather you're a hunter or a competitor, be civilized and shoot suppressed.
