If you’ve dieted and/or restricted food multiple times, your metabolism didn’t fail you. It adapted exactly as it’s designed to.

Chronic dieting teaches your body to:
* Burn fewer calories
* Move less subconsciously
* Increase hunger signals

Under fueling your body leads to:
* Poor workouts and low energy
* Muscle loss and constant hunger
* Hormonal imbalances and poor nutrient absorption
* Fatigue and progress plateaus

This isn’t bad genetics or bad luck, it’s biology.
