My name is Amy, mom of 3 kids, North Texas resident and passionate Lagree instructor and student. In 2014 I fell in love with Lagree getting wedding ready because of how it drastically changed my body. 1 year later I decided to become an instructor to share my love for Lagree with others and to become part of their health journey. As a ER NP I know the importance of health and wellness to live your best life and I want Lagree to be that motivation for change in others’ fitness journey, just as it was in mine
