When the post-Hit endorphins kick in. 😂💙

Be honest, are you this person after your workout, or are you lying on the floor reconsidering your decisions? 👀🥊

Big news for 30 Minute Hit Châteauguay! 🥊

Meet Dorice, the studio’s new owner and someone who already knows the Hit experience firsthand as a member.

She fell in love with the workout, the energy, and the community, and now she’s stepping into an exciting new chapter on the other side of the floor.

We’re so excited to have Dorice take the reins in Châteauguay and bring her own energy, passion, and love for Hit into the studio.

Help us give her a huge welcome! 💕

🥊 20 YEARS OF PORT COQUITLAM HIT! 🥊

Twenty years ago, Port Coquitlam Hit opened its doors as the very first 30 Minute Hit franchise, and it all started with Laura taking a big leap of faith on a simple idea: giving women a fun, empowering 30-minute boxing and kickboxing workout that fits real life.

Laura didn't just open our first franchise. She helped shape the brand we are today, and is now our Director of Operations, supporting studios across North America with everything she learned on that very first floor while running a successful Hit 💪

Two decades of punches, kicks, sweat, laughter, and thousands of women discovering just how strong they really are. That's not just a business milestone. That's a legacy.

Today, the PoCo legacy is in amazing hands with Christina. Christina first found Port Coquitlam Hit as a member and it didn't take long to see she was something special. Her energy is contagious, her members adore her, and she brings the same passion to that studio floor that started it all 20 years ago.

Christina has made PoCo Hit a true home for the women in this community, a place where you're greeted by name, pushed to be your best, and celebrated for every single win, big or small.

To every member who has walked through those doors, every trainer who has cheered someone through that last round, and to Laura and Christina: THANK YOU.

Here's to 20 years… and many, many more! 🎉

Turns out, you do not need to be furious, heartbroken, or one mildly inconvenient email away from losing it to enjoy hitting things. 🥊

Sometimes kickboxing is just… fun.

Our latest blog is about exactly that: why anger is completely optional, the bag is an excellent listener, and you’re allowed to come in feeling perfectly fine and still punch things for 30 minutes.

Important Kickboxing Clarification You Don’t Have to Be Angry to Hit Things Anger level required: absolutely none. There seems to be a misunderstanding about kickboxing. People hear punc

30 minutes. Full body. Zero wasted time. 🥊

Punch, kick, sweat, reset and walk out feeling stronger than when you came in.

This is 30 Minute Hit 🥊

“Okay, let’s pick it up!”

Excuse us? We thought we were picked up. 😂

This one’s for the trainers who somehow know when you’ve got a little more to give, notice every dropped hand, and yell your name across the room at exactly the right (or wrong) moment 😂🫶

When you believe in what you do, you live it. 💙

30 Minute Hit owner Nadia has been building strength right alongside the women in her community, one Hit at a time.

And we’d say that strength looks pretty good on her! 🥊

We conducted some extremely serious research. 🔬🥊

The results? Some workout excuses are completely valid. Some are… suspicious. And “my couch needs me” has been reviewed by the committee.

We’re halfway through September, which feels like a good time to ask:

Did that “back to routine” routine actually happen? 😂

Maybe you’re back in the swing of things. Maybe you’re still figuring it out. Maybe your calendar took one look at your plans and said absolutely not.

Either way, there’s more than one way to make Hit work for you. With membership options for different schedules and budgets, you can find what fits your life right now. 🥊 www.30minutehit.com/locations
